Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the items back in their original flat-pack packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
